Do I need to use a Breather Vent?

Breather vents are only required if you have a cold roof build up.

In this case ventilation is required to ensure there is air flow in the void between the insulation and the Timber deck.

If you are using Breather Vents as a form of ventilation you will require one vent between each roof joist for your roof.
