Do i need 1.5mm Rubber/ What is the difference between 1.2 mm and 1.5mm?

This depends on the application.

For most applications the 1.2mm membrane is perfect however if you plan to install any other products over the top such as decking, screed before tiling over the membrane or green roof's, we recommend using our 1.5mm membrane.
