Why Have I Only Received Part Of My Order?

All orders are normally dispatched at the same time but occasionally the courier can split a delivery up meaning you might receive two separate deliveries within the same day. Unfortunately we are not informed beforehand by the courier that they are separating the goods at their depot.

If an item is above 60kg it will require palletising therefore cannot be sent with our normal courier. If roofing trims have also been ordered then these will be delivered with a different Courier company to the pallet and so can be delivered at separate times. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
