Metal Edge Trim

  • The Metal Edge Trim is used to create a professional finish to roof edges where you do not want the water to run off.

  • To use the trim as a kerb edge it is necessary to create a small up-stand by installing a tanalised wood batten onto the roof deck prior to installing the EPDM membrane.
  • Available in three different sizes- 75mm, 100mm and 150mm.
  • Top edge of the trim is 40mm the drop is either 75mm, 100mm 150mm dependant on what size trim is selected and the return is 10mm.
  • Made with black plastisol
  • Four screws are included for each trip, we recommend to install one for every metre.
