What is Classicbond EPDM?

  • Classicbond EPDM is the original EPDM roofing system with a proven 50-year service life. 
  • Classicbond EPDM is an environmentally friendly system which is all cold applied.
  • It is available in large sheets, the biggest being 15.25m x 30.5m in 1.20mm and 15.25m x 15.25m in the 1.52mm.
  • Classicbond EPDM is available in two thicknesses- 1.20mm (Standard) and 1.52mm (Commercial).
  • Classicbond EPDM is completely BBA certified.
  • Classicbond EPDM is designed to be cost-effective and far easier to install than other flat roof systems.
  • The 1.2mm membrane is AB fire rated and the 1.5mm is AA fire rated.
  • It is completely UV stable so will not blister and crack over time.
  • Fire rated up to 10 degree pitch.

What can it be laid onto?

  • OSB3, Plywood and wooden surfaces. including marine ply
  • Tissue faced insulation (TR27) with Contact Adhesive
  • Concrete with Contact Adhesive
  • Masonry with Contact Adhesive
  • GRP (Fibreglass) with Contact Adhesive
  • Aluminium with Contact Adhesive
  • Zinc with Contact Adhesive
  • Lead with Contact Adhesive

  • Felt
  • Ashphalt
  • PVC Membranes
