GRP 1010 Catalyst

  • GRP ROOF 1010 CATALYST is used to activate both the GRP 1010 Resin Base Coat and Top Coat. 
  • Available in 1kg and 5kg tubs.
  • Once the air, deck and resin temperature have been checked the following ratios can be used as a guideline.
  • Resin Base Coat - Calculations
    • 5-10 degC = 4% ratio therefore 1kg will catalyse 25kg 
    • 11-17 degC = 3% ratio therefore 1kg will catalyse 33kg
    • 18-25 degC = 2% ratio therefore 1Kg will catalyse 50kg
    • 26-30 degC = 1% ratio therefore 1Kg will catalyse 100kg
  • Top Coat - Calculations
    • 5-17 degC = 3% ratio therefore 1kg will catalyse 33kg
    • 18-25 degC = 2% ratio therefore 1Kg will catalyse 50kg
    • 26-30 degC = 1% ratio therefore 1Kg will catalyse 100kg
  • To convert Kg to millilitres for dispensing use ratio of 1Kg = 1170ml
